Florida is trying to stop this awful scheme to boost Kamala Harris

The federal government is wading into the election on the side of Kamala Harris.

She’s trying to get an advantage in key swing states.

Now, Florida is trying to stop this awful scheme to boost Kamala Harris.

Biden-Harris administration launches plan to help Kamala in swing states

Vice President Kamala Harris surged in the polls after she entered the Presidential race after the media made it their mission to get her elected.

Arizona and Nevada are two of the most important swing states this election where she’s neck and neck with former President Donald Trump.

Both states have sizable Hispanic populations.

The Department of Homeland Security announced it was expanding President Joe Biden’s parole in place program to spouses and stepchildren of American citizens who are illegal aliens eligible for amnesty through the Keeping Families Together program.

More than one million illegal aliens across the country could be given amnesty under the plan.

This is an election year move designed to try to win over Hispanic families in Arizona and Nevada who have an illegal alien in their household.

America First Legal and 16 Republican states sued to stop this illegal amnesty scheme dead in its tracks.

Texas, Idaho, Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, North Dakota, Ohio, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, and Wyoming joined the lawsuit against Homeland Security.

“Biden’s new parole workaround unilaterally grants the opportunity for citizenship to unvetted aliens whose first act on American soil was to break our laws,” Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton stated. “This violates the Constitution and actively worsens the illegal immigration disaster that is hurting Texas and our country.”

The lawsuit said that the Biden-Harris administration bypassed Congress to create an amnesty program it had no authority for.

“Longstanding federal law prohibits aliens who entered the United States unlawfully from obtaining most immigration benefits,” the lawsuit stated. “This includes obtaining lawful permanent resident status—without first leaving the United States and waiting outside the United States for the requisite time—based on an approved family-based or employment-based visa petition.”

Texas judge rules against Biden-Harris amnesty scheme

District Court Judge J. Campbell Barker put a 14-day hold on the Biden-Harris administration’s Keeping Families Together amnesty scheme.

The judge suggested that he could extend the hold on the law.

“The claims are substantial and warrant closer consideration than the court has been able to afford to date,” Judge Barker wrote in his ruling.

Homeland Security can still take applications for the program while it’s in legal limbo.

The Biden-Harris administration vowed to appeal the ruling.

America First Legal president Stephen Miller – a former Trump White House advisor – celebrated the ruling as a victory for the rule of law.

“This is a huge victory in our courtroom battle to block the Biden-Harris executive fiat giving over 1 million illegal aliens a path to U.S. citizenship. That executive decree is now frozen. America First Legal is deeply honored to partner with Attorney General Paxton, [Idaho] Attorney General [Raul] Labrador, along with 14 other states to fight this unconstitutional mass amnesty,” Miller said in a statement.

The Biden-Harris administration is going to do anything it can to move the needle for Kamala Harris.
