U.S. Postal Service workers were mind blown once they realized what was being shipped in the mail

Sep 9, 2024

Postal inspectors are used to seeing bizarre things stuffed into packages.

But their latest bust tops the cake.

And U.S. Postal workers were mind-blown once they realized what was being shipped in the mail.

Puerto Rican drug smugglers

Criminals always think they are too smart to get caught.

But they are not.

Especially drug dealers.

They flood across the border bringing poisoned pills and narcotics into the states and somehow think they will get away with it.

And in Florida, three stupid criminals found out the hard way their massive cocaine distribution scheme involving the United States Postal Service will now put them behind bars.

Bad guys do not learn

When a crook is thrown behind bars, sometimes they reflect on life and learn a way of crime is not sustainable.

This could lead to a change of heart and a new way of living, but not usually.

And 45-year-old Omar Josue Morales-Rodriguez proves the point that bad guys just do not learn.

Morales-Rodriguez already spent time in a federal prison and now he is back again after pleading guilty to a cocaine distribution conspiracy, the Tampa Free Press reported.

What a moron.

He could have gone on to live an honest life.

But nope.

While American taxpayers go to work to earn an honest living, guys like Morales-Rodriguez think they can game the system.

But they always get caught red-handed.

Busted!

A collaborative investigation with the local sheriff’s office, the DEA, and the U.S. Postal Service discovered three men were shipping cocaine from Puerto Rico to a Florida address.

Multiple packages were seized with kilos of cocaine and even $10,000 cash on its way back to Puerto Rico.

Did these drug dealers think they would get away with their little scheme?

Apparently so, but the joke is on them.

And now, Juan A. Vargas, Inspector In Charge, U.S. Postal Inspection Service, Miami Division wants to use these three drug traffickers as a warning to anyone else who tries to smuggle drugs in and out of the United States.

Vargas said, “When people choose to distribute illicit drugs in the U.S. Mail, they should know the U.S. Postal Inspection Service, along with our law enforcement partners, will actively pursue those responsible, and bring them to justice,” the Tampa Free Press reported.

“The outcome of this case should serve as a significant deterrent for anyone else considering the distribution of illicit drugs through the U.S. Mail,” Vargas continued.

Bam!

And there you have it.

America is not a third-world country, at least not yet.

Other places around the world may ignore drug traffickers but they should know if they mess with the United States of America there will be consequences.
