In recent years, “wokeness” has taken over many institutions and companies across the country.
Many of these institutions and companies have even hired officials whose sole purpose is to advance “woke” policies and implement them within their organizations.
But this “woke” official admits defeat as these anti-woke policies begin to take shape.

Following the death of George Floyd in May 2020, a lengthy list of companies and institutions dumped massive sums of cash to advance “woke” policies within their halls.
Advancing DEI awareness programs, short for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, has become a trademark of the radical left, with certain entities hiring entire departments to push policies that allegedly advance Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
However, the spread of DEI has caused a major backlash, with many companies like Tractor Supply Company, John Deere, and Harley Davidson reversing course on DEI after backlash from their customers.
Elected officials in certain parts of America have also put DEI programs in the crosshairs.
In Florida, Governor Ron DeSantis and his administration have pushed back against DEI insanity throughout Florida.
For example, DeSantis signed the “Stop WOKE Act” or the “Stop Wrongs to Our Kids and Employees Act” in 2022, which aimed to identify and eliminate “woke” policies and DEI initiatives in the Sunshine State.
This policy has wreaked havoc on the DEI industry, with DEI consultants claiming that this law has cost them dearly.
Roni Bennett, the Executive Director of South Florida People of Color, recently spoke out about this law, telling the Miami Herald that it has destroyed her business.
“One client had a president change, and the new president wasn’t into DEI training,” the DEI peddler stated.
Nonetheless, Bennett claims that she remains steadfast in her work, adding, “We owe it to the next generation to make progress for them. I want to be able to dismantle systematic racism in America.”
Yet, many Americans do not value the work Bennett does, fearing that DEI policies strangle the First Amendment, and unfairly target people due to their race and background, which seems antithetical to everything the “woke” mob claims to believe in.
Donald Trump’s decisive election victory demonstrated that many Americans have grown tired of “wokeness,” flatly rejecting Vice President Kamala Harris who ran a campaign that routinely promised to advance “woke” policies and initiatives.
Americans have had enough of the radical left and their ridiculous DEI policies
For decades, parents and teachers have taught children to not judge people by the color of their skin, but rather by the content of their character.
However, DEI policies teach the exact opposite, putting race and other factors front and center.
These “woke” policies have stirred up significant backlash from the American public, who have grown sick and tired of being called a racist and a bigot for simply being white or voting for Donald Trump.
