Criminal accused of an awful crime claims he was targeted for being an illegal alien
An illegal alien from Guatemala was arrested for a heinous crime in Palm Beach County, Florida.
Nicolas Jose Francisco, a 25-year-old, was arrested on two counts of sexual battery against a minor under the age of 12.
He has been held in the Palm Beach County jail without bail.
Francisco was accused of molesting a five-year-old girl in two separate instances.
The arrest report said that he had been working for the girl’s family for more than a year.
Francisco was able to gain the trust of the family and the girl during that time.
He lured the girl into the garage where he allegedly molested her.
The second incident involved him taking her into a bathroom where he exposed himself and inappropriately touched her.
A case worker with the Florida Department of Children and Families heard the girl recall what happened while she was crying and shaking uncontrollably.
The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office interviewed Franciso, and he denied the allegations against him.
He claimed that he was being accused by the family because he “was an undocumented immigrant.”
Criminals have been pulling the race card for years when they are accused of a crime.
The newest excuse is to claim that you are being accused of a crime because you are an illegal alien.

Francisco told the sheriff’s office that he touched the girl “by mistake both times.”
He claimed that he was trying to help the child get to the bathroom.
Deputies noted there was no bathroom anywhere near the garage.
Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Deputies said he later “apologized and admitted his behavior and actions were wrong.”
Franciso was able to use his job to gain the trust of the family to commit his heinous crimes.
Center of Child Counseling Senior Director of Strategic Impact Jibby Ciric told WLFX that often the victims in sexual abuse cases know their attacker.
“In sexual abuse cases, in many cases, it’s the people that the child knows,” Ciric explained. “We deal with that in unfortunately many instances.”
Francisco’s claim of helping the girl go to the bathroom was part of his rationalization according to Ciric.
“They often try to normalize and diminish the effects of what they have done,” Ciric added.
Palm Beach County, Florida is where President-elect Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home is located.
Twisted crimes like this have become far too common after President Joe Biden opened the southern border and rolled out the welcome mat for illegal aliens.
