South American criminals were charged for one scary crime against Travis Kelce

Joe Biden’s open border let thieves and thugs pour into the country.

No one is safe from the crime wave he unleashed.

And South American criminals were charged for one scary crime against Travis Kelce.

Criminal gang from Chile caught who targeted NFL players

A number of high-profile NBA and NFL players had their homes broken beginning last fall.

Kansas City Chiefs stars Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes, Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow, Los Angeles Lakers forward Luka Doncic, and others were victims.

Authorities suspected it was a sophisticated gang of thieves from South America who illegally entered the country.

The gang would case out an athlete’s home for weeks posing as delivery drivers, landscapers, and joggers to get intel.

A schedule of the athlete’s games would let them know when they were not home.

The thieves would use a jammer to disrupt security systems, cellphones, and Wi-Fi signals at the home.

Seven illegal aliens from Chile were charged in a federal court in the Middle District of Florida for breaking into the homes of NFL and NBA players while they were playing games.

The illegal aliens were members of a South American Theft Group (SATG), according to the Justice Department.

Federal prosecutors accused them of stealing more than $2 million worth of valuables from the homes of the professional athletes.

They could each face up to 10 years in federal prison if they are convicted.

“In many circumstances, professional sports teams will publicize their schedules and locations of their games, making it easy for the SATG to know when a particular athlete on a particular professional sports team will be away from his residence,” the federal criminal complaint stated.

South American crime gang made one mistake that gave them away

The illegal aliens from Chile moved from city to city using fake IDs and rented cars as they targeted professional athletes.

A rookie mistake allowed the FBI to identify them and eventually bring them down.

They bragged about the robberies online and showed off the watches, jewelry, and memorabilia they stole.

Pictures of them with the stolen loot were placed into an iCloud account online.

They posed with watches by a safe in the home of one of the Chiefs players while one of the illegal aliens was wearing a Chiefs shirt.

An Ohio State Highway Patrol officer arrested four of the Chilean illegal aliens last month outside of Springfield, Ohio after he pulled them over for a lane violation.

The officer found LSU and Bengals gear suspected to belong to Burrow in the vehicle.

Authorities arrested two men who ran a pawn shop in Manhattan’s Diamond District who were fencing the stolen goods for the Chileans.

“As alleged, the defendants created an illicit market and fueled demand for burglaries by South American Theft Groups and other crews around the country by purchasing stolen watches, jewelry and other luxury items, and then reselling them in their New York City store,” U.S. Attorney John Durham said in a statement.

Former President Joe Biden’s open border let sophisticated criminal gangs stroll into the country to prey on Americans.
