A deported illegal alien tried to sneak back into America but he received the surprise of his life

Mar 20, 2025

A crooked illegal alien thought he could outsmart Governor DeSantis.

But he never expected what would happen next.

And when a deported illegal alien tried to sneak back into America, he received the surprise of his life.

Not welcome in America

Illegals are really something else.

They break the law and sneak across the border onto American soil and expect Americans should allow them to stay, AND foot the bill.

Insanity.

Joe Biden may have rolled out the red carpet to illegals but the Trump administration has ripped it away.

And Trump is just getting started.

President Trump promised to execute the largest deportation in American history.

And he is doing it with the help of Ron DeSantis.

DeSantis pledged to have Trump’s back and help hold the line to use any means necessary to rid America of illegals.

He already ensured Florida officials were deputized to assist ICE in deporting illegals.

And yet again, it looks like DeSantis’ policies are working to keep Floridians safe.

So when one illegal was deported out of the United States, he received a big surprise when he tried to sneak back in.

No second chances

Felipe Hernandez-Chavarria, 38, was deported in 2019.

Good riddance.

But Hernandez-Chavarria did not learn his lesson.

Instead, he tried to sneak back into the United States thinking he could outsmart law enforcement.

While Biden’s goons may have turned a blind eye, things are radically different now.

Hernandez-Chavarria was busted yet again, but this time he faces felony charges thanks to Ron DeSantis.

While some leftist states pride themselves on hosting “sanctuary cities” for illegals, Florida has no patience for illegals.

And thanks to DeSantis, it is now a felony to re-enter Florida once previously deported for being in the States illegally.

Florida Fish and Wildlife officers swiftly arrested Hernandez-Chavarria and were able to assist in ensuring he would pay the price for trying to invade America illegally again.

And now illegals are terrified of what will happen to them next.

Florida State Board of Immigration Enforcement Executive Director Lary Keefe posted about the victory on X.

“Today, the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office and @MyFWC make HISTORY as the first law enforcement agencies in Florida to arrest and criminally charge an illegal alien for unlawfully reentering the state after previously being deported,” Keefe wrote.

He continued.

“Thanks to legislation signed earlier this year by @GovRonDeSantis, it is now a crime to illegally enter the State of Florida as an unauthorized alien, and a felony to reenter the state if the unauthorized alien has been previously deported or removed.”

The ultimate deterrent

Illegals who think they can evade law enforcement and continue to remain in the United States illegally better guess again.

Americans are done putting up with criminal illegals destroying cities and taking resources from Americans.

Those who will not self-deport or try and re-enter will continue to face swift consequences for their crime.

And as DeSantis continues to crack the whip in Florida, residents are thrilled knowing DeSantis is doing everything in his power to keep them safe.
