Road rage is real as angry drivers often blow up and exchange hostile words with one another.
But this time, one man’s comments to another driver had an insane ending that left everyone talking.
And the reaction from a Florida man ended in violence after hearing these five words.
Compliments not wanted
Many men base their “status” on the type of car they drive.
It is part of their identity, leading some to spend thousands of dollars on a ride they cannot afford.
Regardless, most men take extreme pride in their cars.
So, when they receive compliments on their ride, they are in heaven.
But one Florida man had a different reaction when another driver complimented him on his car.
On a quiet Sunday afternoon, John Sturgeon was driving when he suddenly stopped in the middle of the road, ESPN reported.
Awkward.
He is lucky no one hit him.
But the driver behind him was not even mad at the stopped car.
In fact, he decided to be polite, and yelled out “I like your car, bro!”
Harmless.
Except Sturgeon did not smile and take the compliment and go on his merry way.
Oh no.
Instead, he became furious and jumped out of his car cursing and screaming.
But he did not stop there.
Sturgeon actually struck the other Florida driver square in the face.
A raging lunatic
Naturally, the man giving the compliment was stunned.
After all, he was simply giving props to the driver’s car and got punched in the face for it!
The police had to get involved of course.
And the dashcam video showed the entire scene unfold.
The footage revealed that Sturgeon stopped his car in the middle of the road and then punched the driver behind him for complimenting his car.
After punching the other driver, Sturgeon continued his angry rage and began cursing and yelling like a madman.
Talk about a guy who needs anger management!
I mean, a guy must really be having a bad day to sock another driver in the face for no reason.
Police were still puzzled by the incident, but the video revealed the muscular madman simply going off for no reason.
It is a good thing no one was seriously hurt.
After Sturgeon threw his temper tantrum the video shows him simply getting back in his car and speeding off.
Some people have a hard time taking a compliment, but Sturgeon took things to a whole other level!
Perhaps he needs to remember to simply say “thank you” after receiving a compliment and go about his day.
