A Florida woman exposed this sick move against farmers by Biden-Harris after the hurricane

The Biden-Harris administration’s response to the hurricanes has been its own disaster.

But the failure is greater than anyone expected at first glance.

And a Florida woman exposed this sick move against farmers by Biden-Harris after the hurricane.

Florida farms ravaged by Hurricane Helene

Hurricane Helene slammed into Florida’s Big Bend region of the Gulf Coast and left a path of destruction all the way north to Virginia.

The storm killed more than 300 people and became the deadliest hurricane in the last 50 years behind Katrina.

Tens of thousands of people were displaced from their homes and countless businesses were ruined from Helene’s destruction.

Representative Kat Cammack (R-FL) represents Florida’s 3rd Congressional District in the northern part of the state that was ravaged by the hurricane.

Farms in the rural district took “astronomical” damage from Helene according to Cammack.

She said that the devastation looked “like a bomb went off.”

Most people think of hurricanes impacting homes and businesses, but they punish the agriculture industry just as hard.

“You cannot imagine the amount of agricultural damage inland,” Cammack said. “As well as the aquaculture industry on the coast, in addition to what people are used to seeing in these storms, which is primary residential damage and commercial damage.”

Florida dealt with Helene and then Hurricane Milton two weeks later.

Cammack said that Helene did the most damage to her North Florida district.

“So, places like Alachua County, Columbia County, and all the way up to the Florida-Georgia line, it looked like a bomb went off because so many structures collapsed … and sustained damage from the wind,” Cammack stated.

Ron DeSantis shines while the Biden-Harris administration is missing in action

Cammack praised the leadership of Florida Governor Ron DeSantis in managing the hurricanes.

She called him a “rock star when it comes to emergency response and handling these storms with a no-nonsense approach.”

The problem with hurricane recovery is with the Biden-Harris administration.

“There’s no politics when it comes to how Governor DeSantis handles these storms,” Cammack said. “Where we run into problems is actually, of course, the federal level.”

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) has been missing in action for farmers in her district.

“USDA has been nonexistent in terms of the help or assistance that they have provided for agricultural producers,” Cammack explained. “The fact that we have major agricultural damage and little to no help from USDA, it’s been awful.”

The USDA called her allegations “misinformation” which has become the Biden-Harris administration’s go-to word to discredit any criticism of its failed response to the hurricanes.

“Unfortunately, the Congresswoman’s claims couldn’t be further from the truth,” a USDA spokesman said. “To make knowingly false, politically motivated claims in a time of need is unconscionable, since misinformation will only make it harder for us to help people and may prevent farmers from seeking the recovery assistance USDA can offer them.”

Cammack fired back at the agency.

“In the aftermath of the storm, over 200 farmers and ranchers gathered to give me feedback about the USDA response post-storm. Not a single person had been assisted by the USDA — not one,” Cammack explained.

“This Administration has shown a pattern of accusing citizens of spreading ‘misinformation’ when the narrative doesn’t support their agenda, instead of recognizing legitimate concerns from citizens petitioning their government. That is a shame,” Cammack added.

The Biden-Harris administration has failed across multiple federal agencies in its response to the recent hurricanes.
