A Florida woman made one bad decision after she started a fight with an EMT

The residents of Florida make headlines for their criminal antics.

Starting trouble with the authorities never ends well.

And a Florida woman made one bad decision after she started a fight with an EMT.

Florida woman attacks a Tesla and went after an EMT

Tesla CEO Elon Musk has been turned into a Bond villain by the media for his work with the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE).

His attempt to rein in out-of-control government spending has made him the target of unhinged Democrats.

Democrats and their media allies are fanning the flames by falsely claiming that Social Security will be cut, and kids will die from cuts proposed by DOGE.

That has led to a rash of attacks against Tesla nationwide as angry Democrats lash out at Musk.

Some of the attacks on Tesla are being organized by left-wing groups and are being carried out by professional agitators.

Others are just angry leftists raging over modest cuts to government spending.

Claudia Benson, 30, of West Palm Beach, Florida found herself facing a slew of criminal charges after she decided to attack a Tesla.

Witnesses saw Benson walking around a car dealership in Palm Beach in a suspicious manner.

She climbed onto one of the vehicles, began jumping on it, and damaged the front windshield by kicking it.

After shattering the windshield, she moved on to the next Tesla and repeated the process.

The Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office was called and EMTs with the Palm Beach Fire Rescue were also called because Benson injured herself on her Tesla rampage.

She was not in a mood to cooperate with the authorities.

Benson spat on the EMT trying to apply first aid on her.

The Al Packer car dealership said that she did at least $1,000 worth of damage to the Teslas.

She was charged with criminal mischief over $1,000, battery on a medical emergency personnel, and violating the release requirements of an earlier assault.

This was not Benson’s first time attacking someone in the medical profession.

She had been arrested for assault against a care worker at the JFK North Hospital just 10 days before she was arrested for her Tesla attack.

A nationwide wave of violence against Tesla

A study by Fox News found that there have been at least 51 intentional attacks against Tesla in the United States and nearly 20 abroad since Musk joined President Donald Trump’s administration.

These range from firebombing with Molotov cocktails to petty vandalism with spray paint.

Musk called these attacks “wide-scale domestic terrorism” being driven by left-wing groups angry over his work with DOGE.

Attorney General Pam Bondi is treating this as domestic terrorism, and federal prosecutors have already charged three people for attacks against Tesla.

FBI Director Kash Patel announced that a task force of multiple federal law enforcement agencies was launched to investigate violence against the automaker.

“This is domestic terrorism. Those responsible will be pursued, caught, and brought to justice,” Patel said.

Criminals are not going to be running amok destroying Teslas under the Trump administration.
