Kamala Harris is getting nasty in the homestretch of the race.
But one comment crossed a bright red line.
And an Army sniper called for Kamala Harris to be investigated for this sick comment.
Kamala Harris gets vicious in her closing message to voters
The joy is gone from Vice President Kamala Harris’ campaign.
As she backslides in the polls she unveiled her final message to voters in the closing days of the race.
Kamala went with the worn-out argument that former President Donald Trump is fascist and a threat to democracy.
Former White House Chief of Staff John Kelly claimed without evidence that Trump said he wanted generals like Adolf Hitler had in an interview with the New York Times.
Kelly provided no explanation as to why he waited four years to say this in the closing weeks of the election.
The Left tried to create an October surprise to blunt Trump’s momentum heading into Election Day.
Kamala gave a short speech at the White House where she falsely claimed that Trump would use the military to seize power.
“When Donald Trump was President, he said he wanted generals like Adolf Hitler had,” Kamala ranted. “Donald Trump said that because he does not want a military that is loyal to the United States Constitution, he wants a military that is loyal to him.”
“It is clear from John Kelly’s words that Donald Trump is someone who, I quote, certainly falls into the general definition of fascists, who in fact vowed to be a dictator on day one and vowed to use the military as his personal militia to carry out his personal and political vendettas,” Kamala raved. “Donald Trump is increasingly unhinged and unstable.”
Kamala’s campaign is floundering so she is dialing up the fearmongering to scare voters.
A call for Kamala to be investigated for Trump rant
Representative Cory Mills (R-FL), a former sniper with the Army’s 82nd Airborne Division, sent a letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland asking him to investigate Kamala for potential violations of the Hatch Act.
The Hatch Act bars “using official resources to support partisan political campaigns” which she did with “vicious political attacks” against Trump.
Kamala gave the speech at the White House at a podium with the Vice President’s seal behind her.
The Hatch Act prevents most employees of the federal government from engaging in political activity while on the job.
President and Vice President are exempted from the law but only for civil violations.
“In Federal law, it is a crime for any federal officer or employee to ‘use his official authority for the purpose of interfering with, or affecting, the nomination or the election of any candidate for the office of President, Vice President, Presidential elector, Member of the Senate, Member of the House of Representatives,'” Mills wrote.
Mills added that Kamala’s press conference was an attempt to impact the election.
“I ask that you investigate today’s questionless ‘press conference’ as it appears to be a direct use of official authority to affect the upcoming election,” Mills continued. “Given the proximity to the election, the American people deserve timely answers.”
