Democrats are waging war to stop Donald Trump’s agenda.
The tide is about to turn against them.
And Byron Donalds warned the gloves are coming off in this fight over Donald Trump’s agenda.
House Republicans consider ways to target rogue Democrat judges
The courts are the only recourse that Democrats have to stop President Donald Trump’s agenda.
District court judges issued more temporary restraining orders and injunctions against the Trump administration in February than in the first three years of former President Joe Biden’s administration.
Activist judges are making overreaching rulings to prevent Trump from using his core powers as President.
District Court Judge James Boasberg, who was appointed by former President Barack Obama, ordered a 14-day pause on Trump’s use of the 1798 Alien Enemies Act.
Trump used the nearly 200-year-old law to expedite the deportations of members of the Venezuelan prison gang Tren de Aragua.
Boasberg ordered two planes that were deporting Tren de Aragua members to Honduras and El Salvador to turn around midflight and bring the gang members back to America.
Representative Byron Donalds (R-FL) said that some Republicans on the House Oversight Committee are debating measures to target activist judges during an appearance on Newsmax’s Wake Up America.
“There are members right now who are considering everything from being able to sanction, maybe censure some judges,” Donalds stated. “Some are even talking [about] as much as going through the procedure of the impeachment of federal judges.”
Representative Brandon Gill (R-TX) introduced articles of impeachment against Boasberg after Donalds’ interview.
Trump is facing a judicial coup
Donalds argued these activist Democrat judges were ignoring the law and the Constitution to push their political agenda.
“What we have is we have a wing of the federal bench that is rogue,” Donalds told Newsmax. “It’s been that way for decades now in the United States, where it does not matter what the law says, it doesn’t matter what the Constitution says, it doesn’t even matter what a President might say.”
More than 80% of the public supports deporting illegal aliens who have committed violent crimes, according to a February Harvard/Harris poll.
Donalds noted these judges were out of step with the public.
“They have their own agenda, and they have not been elected,” Donalds added. “They do not represent the will of the American people when it comes to immigration.”
Trump will need the Supreme Court to step in and smack down these rogue district court judges.
A 5-4 Supreme Court ruling forced the Trump administration to pay $2 billion to U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) contractors after a district court judge’s ruling.
Justice Samuel Alito slammed the tyranny of district court judges in his dissent.
“Does a single district-court judge who likely lacks jurisdiction have the unchecked power to compel the Government of the United States to pay out (and probably lose forever) 2 billion taxpayer dollars? The answer to that question should be an emphatic ‘No,’ but a majority of this Court apparently thinks otherwise. I am stunned,” Alito wrote.
Chief Justice John Roberts will have to put a stop to this or risk a constitutional crisis.
