Casey DeSantis is ready to raise hell after Walmart made this awful decision

Jun 6, 2024

Walmart is the biggest retailer in the country.

But their management has not been taking notes on the blunders of other corporations.

And Casey DeSantis is ready to raise hell after Walmart made this awful decision.

Walmart pushes LGBTQ Pride Month collection

The start of June used to mean for most Americans that summer was officially underway.

But June has been hijacked for the monthlong LGBTQ Pride celebration where rainbows and Pride memorabilia are constantly shoved in the public’s face by corporate America.

Target faced a massive backlash from conservatives last year for its Pride collection of clothing that included merchandise aimed at children.

The retailer saw its quarterly sales fall for the first time in six years last summer after conservatives began to boycott it.

Bud Light is being decimated by an ongoing boycott for partnering with transgender social media influencer Dylan Mulvaney which cost the company well over one billion dollars in revenue.

Those incidents should have been a warning sign to stay out of the Left’s culture wars.

But Walmart, the world’s largest retailer, is launching a new “Pride Always” collection for June’s Pride Month.

Products will include a notebook with “beyond gender,” a tote bag with “totes gay,” a fanny pack with “I heart gay people,” and a slew of products with the rainbow on it.

A Walmart executive told Fox Business last year that the company was not changing course when asked about the Target controversy.

“I think we have merchandise that we sell all year that supports different groups,” Chief Merchandising Officer Latriece Watkins said. “I’d say in this particular case, we haven’t changed anything in our assortment.”

Walmart celebrated its Pride collection on social media.

“We couldn’t be prouder of this year’s LGBTQIA+ founders & designers,” Walmart wrote on social media. “Today. Tomorrow. Always.”

Walmart told the Washington Examiner the decision about its Pride Always collection “has been curated based on guest insights and consumer research.”

Casey DeSantis is a Walmart shopper

Walmart is a staple in communities across the country for shoppers looking to get the best bang for their buck.

Florida First Lady Casey DeSantis is no exception.

Last year during her husband’s Presidential campaign the media gave her the nasty nickname “Walmart Melania,” a reference to former First Lady Melania Trump.

She said that she shopped at Walmart because of the rising prices in President Joe Biden’s dismal economy.

“Guilty as charged. I shop at Walmart,” DeSantis said last year in Iowa. “Thank you Bidenomics, OK? Everything is so darn expensive, and my children grow up so fast that I need $2 t-shirts. OK?”

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has said, “Florida is where woke goes to die.”

Now Casey could see what could be the next big woke controversy in corporate America during her trip to Walmart in June.

Target should have provided a lesson for Walmart about going woke after the backlash it suffered.

But the world’s largest retailer is moving full steam ahead with its Always Pride collection.
