Old man Joe was forced out by his own Party, and Kamala Harris swooped in picking a radical leftist like Tim Walz as her running mate.
God help America.
Then a massive Secret Service failure allowed a sniper to get so close that he almost murdered Donald Trump at a political rally.
A true act of God allowed Trump to turn his head at just the right moment so the bullet grazed his ear and did not end his life.
And just when things could not get any crazier, another lunatic planned to assassinate Donald Trump while he was playing golf.
Pure insanity.
But not surprising.
After all, the Left paints Trump as “Hitler” who is going to take women back to the “dark ages” and ruin America.
That is all the paranoia a crazy man needs to act.
It is truly a miracle Trump is still alive.
And while the FBI promises to “investigate” the second attempted hit on Trump’s life, DeSantis is ignoring them completely and running his own investigation.
DeSantis is gunning for the killer
While the FBI “investigates” the second assassination attempt on Donald Trump this election season, DeSantis has vowed to take immediate action.
DeSantis issued an executive order to launch a full-blown state investigation into exactly what happened when the lunatic tried to kill Trump.
“I am assigning this case regarding the attempted assassination of former President Donald Trump to the Office of the Statewide Prosecutor,” said DeSantis in a press release.
“I have directed state agencies to move expeditiously and to provide full transparency to the public,” he continued.
Imagine that!
A real investigation with transparency.
DeSantis already said Florida prosecutors would bring the highest charges possible under Florida law, which would include attempted murder.
As they should!
After all, would-be killer Ryan Wesley Routh was hoping he would get away with killing Donald Trump.
Nothing more needs to be said.
The details may uncover more of what happened that day, but DeSantis is going to make sure Routh does not walk away, and that any other failures to protect Donald Trump will be exposed.
A target on Trump’s back
Donald Trump has a huge target on his back.
There are those who actually wept because Trump survived both attempts to kill him.
And while officials promise to “investigate” what happened, DeSantis is going to make sure it is done the right way.
Since DeSantis has deployed Florida officials to get to the bottom of what happened, perhaps the public will finally learn the truth.
