Donald Trump and Ron DeSantis have had their share of verbal jabs, but at the end of the day, DeSantis proved to be a class act and vowed to help elect Donald Trump.
And while a lunatic hoped to gun down Trump in Florida, he was stopped.
But while the FBI promised to “investigate” the attempted murder, DeSantis has already vowed to do his own thing.
And now Donald Trump Jr. is speaking out, and what he said about the FBI is sobering, though not surprising.
Thankful for Ron DeSantis
After hearing about the second assassination attempt against his father, Donald Trump Jr. was furious and he did not hold back.
On X Trump Jr. wrote “Assassin was ‘known to the FBI…’ because of course he was. I’m grateful that Florida was running their own investigation, thanks to Gov DeSantis, or I imagine much of what we find out would never otherwise be known.”

Bam.
Even Trump Jr. has confidence in Ron DeSantis’ ability to get things done.
So, when DeSantis vowed to go after the man who hoped to kill Trump, Trump Jr. knew DeSantis would deliver on his promise and not sit back idly waiting for the FBI to “act.”
It is a sad day when the American people can not count on institutions to do their job the right way.
But this is the new reality.
And Biden’s FBI is no exception.
DeSantis dropped a huge truth bomb
Democrats insist the FBI can manage the investigation.
But can they?
DeSantis does not think so.
During a press conference, DeSantis remarked the “same agencies that are prosecuting Trump in that jurisdiction are now going to be investigating this” and added that he did not think it would be “the best thing for this country,” Florida’s Voice reported.
And he is exactly right.
The same agency that is trying to destroy Trump and bury him is going to be the one to bring Trump’s would-be assassin to justice.
Not likely.
Thankfully, DeSantis has always had the courage to do his own thing and ignore what the federal government is doing.
There is a reason Florida is thriving while states run by leftists are in shambles.
