The federal government is undergoing a dramatic overhaul under Donald Trump.
He has to prepare for what happens when he leaves office.
And Donald Trump was asked to stop this scary Democrat plot dead in its tracks.
A new bill would ban illegal aliens from ever receiving citizenship
Former President Joe Biden rolled out the welcome mat for more than 11 million illegal aliens during his four years in office.
That is more people than the population of North Carolina.
President Donald Trump is leading a mass deportation effort to remove every illegal alien in the country.
His success hinges on the Republican establishment in the Senate green-lighting enough money for dentition facilities and deportation flights.
There is going to be another Democrat President at some point, and it’s virtually certain they will try to create another border crisis like Biden’s.
Mass amnesty for illegal aliens has been the goal of Democrats and the Republican establishment for decades.
They rail against the broken immigration system and demand that illegal aliens be provided a pathway to citizenship.
Former Vice President Kamala Harris wanted to sign a mass amnesty bill for illegal aliens if she won, which would have created as many as 20 million new citizens overnight.
This would upend electoral politics by giving Democrats a virtual lock on the Electoral College with millions of new voters in states like Texas, Florida, Arizona, and Nevada.
Democrats have been fighting deportations tooth and nail in hopes of one day passing mass amnesty to tip the scales in their favor on Election Day.
Representative Cory Mills (R-FL) wants to stop that from ever happening.
He introduced the No Citizenship for Alien Invaders Act, which would prevent an illegal alien from ever gaining American citizenship.
The bill would change the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1965 to say, “No alien who enters the United States unlawfully shall be eligible for naturalization.”
A powerful deterrence against illegal immigration
Mills argued that American citizenship should be for those who follow the country’s immigration law.
“Under the Biden administration, we saw more than 10 million encounters at our borders, a crisis exacerbated by reckless catch-and-release policies that allowed criminals who broke our laws to remain in the United States,” Mills told The New York Post.
“President Trump has made it clear that anyone that tries to unlawfully undermine, exploit, or bypass our immigration system is a criminal,” Mills added.
Illegal aliens know that when they enter the United States, there is always a possibility of gaining citizenship through amnesty.
The last major amnesty push came in 2013 with the “Gang of 8” which included Secretary of State Marco Rubio and the late John McCain collaborating with Democrats on a bill to create a pathway to citizenship.
Mills’ legislation would slam the door shut on citizenship for anyone who entered the country illegally.
Representative Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL), one of the bill’s co-sponsors, said that breaking the law should not be rewarded.
“Time and time again, Congress refuses to enforce our immigration laws, complains about it being broken, promises to ‘fix it for good’ in exchange for amnesty programs, and then never actually enforces the law like they promised,” Luna said. “We need to draw a line in the sand for the sake of the American people: there can be NO citizenship for the nearly 20 MILLION people who live here illegally.”
Many illegal aliens would be deterred from entering the country if they knew it would cost them any chance of citizenship.
