He designated them as terrorist organizations and, under the Alien Enemies Act of 1798, gave his team the authority to swiftly deport them.
Leftist judges like James Boasberg might try to stop Trump from deporting illegals, but he will end up losing once the Supreme Court weighs in.
The truth is, Trump’s plan to deport illegals is working.
Especially in Florida.
DeSantis posted on X Florida was the first state in the nation to arrest an illegal gang member.
“FDLE and Florida Highway Patrol Troopers, in participation with Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), Homeland Security Task Force Orlando, today arrested a known Tren de Aragua gang member—the first arrest conducted in the nation under the Alien Enemies Act, according to HIS,” DeSantis wrote.
“This individual is wanted as a human trafficker and smuggler. Once again, Florida leads the way.”

Illegal Franklin Jimenez-Bracho thought he was safe in Florida, but his days of smuggling drugs and trafficking people are over, thanks to DeSantis and his team.
Yet again, DeSantis proves he is committed to keeping Floridians safe by cracking down on violent gang members.
There is no safe place for illegals in America.
They will be found, and they will be deported.
And leftist judges will not be able to stop it no matter how hard they try.

In Virginia, a notorious MS-13 gang member was apprehended just 30 minutes outside of Washington, D.C.
Attorney General Pam Bondi called him the “worst of the worst” and added he was the main leader of MS-13 on the entire East Coast.
Whether it is MS-13 or Tren de Aragua, illegal gang bangers know the Trump administration is coming for them, without mercy.
Their days of terrorizing Americans are over, and if they are smart, they will self-deport before DeSantis gets ahold of them.
