Kamala Harris was seething when Florida sent this message to Clarence Thomas

The Biden-Harris administration continues to push the envelope with its lawless actions.

States are relying on the justice system to set them straight.

And Kamala Harris was seething when Florida sent this message to Clarence Thomas.

Multistate coalition asks the Supreme Court to stop illegal immigration scheme

The Biden-Harris administration is using an illegal rule to process illegal aliens faster who cross the southern border.

Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas created the “Circumvention of Lawful Pathways” rule which allowed illegal aliens immediate access to work authorization and quicker access to taxpayer-funded benefits.

Homeland Security used the rule to expand asylum claims so illegal aliens whose claims would have been rejected in the past would be approved.

Millions of illegal aliens have been welcomed into the country under the rule.

The Biden-Harris administration was previously sued over the Lawful Pathways rule by Republican states.

But the Fed’s are using legal games to keep it in place.

The administration is no longer defending the rule in court and is looking to use sue and settle tactics to keep it in place.

Sue and settle tactics are when a group friendly to the administration sues and a federal agency settles to hammer out an agreement that meets both of their goals outside the usual rule-making process.

Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody is asking the Supreme Court to step in and stop the use of the illegal Lawful Pathways rule in an amicus brief.

Kamala Harris does not want to follow the law

Moody noted that the Biden-Harris administration is colluding with open borders groups to break the law.

“Derelict President Biden and failed Border Czar Harris have been manipulative since day one in their plan to demolish our border,” Moody said. “In fact, a federal judge in a Florida case even said that their actions were ‘akin to posting a flashing ‘come in, we’re open’ sign.’ I, along with my colleagues, have once again filed a brief in support of intervenor states seeking to prevent collusive settlements between this administration and like-minded, open-border activist groups that are attempting to influence border security policy behind closed doors.”

Moody is joined on the brief by Republican attorneys general from Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Mississippi, Nebraska, Ohio, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming.

The Biden-Harris administration is using sue and settle as a legal cheat code to keep its open border agenda in place.

Moody’s brief states that the Ninth Circuit Court stopped a state lawsuit after a settlement was reached.

“In this case, the government has signaled that it is once again playing similar games. Specifically, the government has announced ‘settlement discussions’ with groups politically aligned with the current Administration regarding the Circumvention of Lawful Pathways Rule. And despite the risk of a collusive settlement, the Ninth Circuit denied the States’ motion to intervene to protect their distinct interest in stemming the tide of unlawful migration into this country over the southern border that the current Administration has let loose.”

Kamala Harris claims she wants to secure the border now that she is running for President.

But the abuse of Lawful Pathways proves it is an empty election year ploy.
