Many Republican politicians claim to be “Pro-Life” but then they stab Pro-Lifers in the back every chance they get.
But Ron DeSantis has demonstrated time and time again, that he is not only solidly Pro-Life, but he is willing to actually get in the arena and fight the good fight.
In Florida, thanks to the leadership of Ron DeSantis, abortion is banned at the first sign of a detectable heartbeat, generally around six weeks.
DeSantis took heat from RINOS and so-called conservatives who told him his Heartbeat Act went “too far.”
But instead of caving to political pressure, DeSantis was resolute in his commitment to defend unborn babies.
Leftists tried a host of legal challenges to stop the Heartbeat Act, but despite their best efforts, they failed.
And now unborn babies are safe in Florida, unlike most other places in the United States.
Determined to get the best of DeSantis, radical leftists like George Soros opened his war chest and dropped millions into Florida to codify abortion into Florida’s constitution.
But he failed.
DeSantis called out Soros’ dirty money the entire campaign, refusing to let Soros destroy the Sunshine State.
“Radical out-of-state activist groups, including those funded by George Soros, have poured tens of millions of dollars into Florida to push Amendment 4,” DeSantis said.
He continued “They are relying on dishonesty and manipulation to push Floridians to vote for it—but once people learn the facts about Amendment 4, they are more likely to oppose it.”
And again, thanks to the courageous leadership of Ron DeSantis, Amendment 4 was defeated, and anti-life activists could not scrap up the votes to codify abortion into Florida’s constitution.
DeSantis set to receive an award
To honor Ron DeSantis’ steadfast commitment to fighting for life, he will receive the National Pro-Life Recognition Award at the National Prayer Service in Washington D.C. set to take place in January of 2025.

DeSantis wrote the blueprint on how to take down the Left without compromising on conservative principles.
South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem and Nebraska Governor Jim Pillen are also slated to receive this prestigious award as they too helped defeat the radical pro-abortion amendments in their states.
Priests for Life National Director Frank Pavone also plans to acknowledge the hard work of other Pro-Lifers who stood strong for life, even though abortion amendments passed in their states.
Pavone said “No matter the outcome, the work that was done in these battles to educate and mobilize our fellow citizens has lasting value,” reported Life News.
He continued “We will celebrate the victories and we will commit ourselves to undo the amendments that unfortunately did pass. They will not stand.”
The battle for life rages on
DeSantis knows the battle for life is far from over.
Radical anti-life activists will not stop until abortion is legal everywhere, and they have not given up on taking control of Florida.
But as long as DeSantis is Governor leftists know despite their best attempts, they cannot defeat Ron DeSantis.
