Moms for Liberty was founded in 2021 by concerned Florida moms in response to the school closures and left-wing indoctrination during the pandemic.
The group fights for parent’s rights over their kids’ education in the classroom.
Minnesota Governor Tim Walz worked to strip away parental rights and push woke ideology into education during his time in office.
Moms for Liberty co-founder Tiffany Justice told Fox News Digital that Walz would work to strip away parent’s rights in the classrooms of government schools if he became Vice President.
She warned that Walz is “worse than weird.”
Justice said that a Harris-Walz administration would harm the country’s kids.
“Tim Walz is worse than weird,” Justice stated. “He is the most anti-parent radical candidate that Kamala Harris could have chosen.”

The group is looking to get involved in school board races around the country this year to back candidates who support parental rights and oppose woke indoctrination.

Justice said that Walz’s tenure as Minnesota Governor saw him push a left-wing agenda on government schools that was aggressively hostile to parents’ rights.
“It’s really hard to pin Kamala Harris down on policies since she won’t do any interviews,” Justice explained. “But we can look to Tim Walz and that vice presidential pick to really understand who she is.”
Walz signed a bill that turned Minnesota into a sanctuary state for kids seeking to change genders through hormones or surgeries.
“Tim Walz is anti-parent,” Justice said. “He believes that if you’re not willing to affirm your child’s wish of changing their gender, that you should lose custody of your child. That is absolutely radical.”
The law Walz signed could result in parents losing custody of their kids if they do not support them changing genders.
Minnesota attorney Bob Roby warned that the law would allow courts to take emergency custody of kids whose parents refused to let them change genders.
“The most insidious aspect of this bill is the language that adds children who are being denied ‘gender-affirming care’ (defined as everything from therapy to hormone blockers, to transition surgery) to what amounts to the definition for a child ‘in need of protection or services’ in Minnesota, allowing the courts to take ‘emergency custody’ of the child,” Roby explained.
Justice said Minnesota’s law and one recently passed in California remove parents from the decision-making process about their kids’ lives.
“We’re very concerned about the fact that children can be put on puberty blockers or cross-sex hormones without the consent or knowledge of parents in the state of Minnesota and in California, where Kamala Harris and Tim Walz hail from,” Justice said.
She contrasted that with Trump who has always involved his family in his ventures.
“President Trump is a father, a husband, a grandfather. And America’s watched as he has involved his kids in politics and business over the years,” Justice explained.
Tim Walz’s portrayal in the media is a cover for the extreme agenda he supports.
