Tom Brady is one of the most accomplished players in the history of the NFL.
He is ready to shake up professional football once again.
And Tom Brady will make one move that is going to send shockwaves through the NFL.
A Tom Brady Bill Belichick reunion could be in the cards
Seven-time Super Bowl champion Tom Brady is in his first season as the lead analyst in the broadcast booth for Fox’s coverage of the NFL.
He decided to wear another hat when he became a minority owner of the Las Vegas Raiders.
Brady and Knighthead Capital founder Tom Wagner bought a 10% stake in the team.
The NFL owners signed off the purchase despite some having misgivings about Brady owning part of the team while serving as a broadcaster.
He had restrictions placed on him about criticizing the other team and the officiating while he is broadcasting a game.
Brady was also prohibited from watching practice of the teams he is covering or attending production meetings with the team’s staff.
The former New England Patriots quarterback received a raucous welcome when he showed up at the Raider’s facility for the first time with owner Mark Davis.

“I’m incredibly humbled and excited to have been unanimously approved as an owner of the Las Vegas Raiders,” Brady said in a statement. “Throughout my NFL career, I’ve learned that at its core, football is a game of teamwork, resilience, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. The Raiders franchise, and the city of Las Vegas embody these same values, and I’m honored to become part of that story.”
Minority owners are usually out of sight and out of mind in the NFL.
But one report said that Brady could make a big splash this offseason for the Raiders.
The former Patriot could recruit his old head coach in New England, Bill Belichick, to Las Vegas.
Bill Belichick’s return to the NFL could be in Las Vegas
Barstool Sports podcaster Kirk Minihane said sources told him that Brady’s first move this offseason is to offer his old Patriots coach the Raiders job.
“I’ll say this, and I won’t get specific, but people have told me that Brady’s first move is going to be to ask Bill Belichick to be coach of the Las Vegas Raiders,” Minihane said. “Two sources have told me that. Two high-ups in the Patriots organization have told me that.”
Minihane had a radio show on Boston sports talk radio station WEEI before he joined Barstool Sports.
Antonio Pierce is in his first full season as the Raiders head coach after taking over as interim coach last season when the team fired Josh McDaniels.
The Raiders are off to a slow start this season and the chance to add a future Hall of Fame coach could be too much to pass up.
Brady and Belichick won six Super Bowls together in New England before the quarterback left the Patriots as a free agent after the 2019 season to join the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Belichick is sitting out this season after he and the Patriots mutually parted ways in January.
Tom Brady could make his mark with the Raiders in grand fashion this offseason if he lures Bill Belichick to be the team’s coach.
